The Mopar Wholesale Fleet Specialist will be the subject matter expert and primary point of contact to connect fleet customers with wholesaling Mopar dealers and warehouse distributors. The key metrics will be part sales sold to fleets on or off Servicenet (Mopar's Centralized Billing platform). Key customers are commercial, government and rental car customers who have their own service facilities or use a non-Stellantis repair network to complete their work. The Mopar fleet team serves as the primary interface between Stellantis, its Businesslink dealers and fleet customers who collectively spend well over $100M annually on Mopar and bPro parts in the dealer network. This position presents an exceptional opportunity to develop new programs and implement positive change in a challenging and dynamic aspect of our business. The Wholesale Fleet Specialist will be assigned a geographic area that will be a primary area for them to work with the dealer network as well as key stakeholders on both the Fleet service and sales side to improve the part sales to fleets. The Mopar Wholesale Fleet Specialist will be key to conquesting wholesale business and developing partnerships with key dealers that can support fleets. They will be tasked to visit existing fleet service centers to understand product needs and understand the pricing needed to conquest their parts business. A strong understanding of the aftermarket and its various tactics to sell parts will be critical for this position. Developing or working key Mopar wholesale programs will be a primary part of the role as well as. executing strategies developed at the HQ and Regional level designed to encourage dealers to engage further with fleet business, make investments in people, process and facilities. Additionally, this position will work to support the growth of Mopar's Centralized Billing program (Servicenet) within the Warehouse Distributor network and down to the Independent Repair facility level. Qualified candidates must excel at developing relationships and being self-motivated. They must have strong understanding of dealer fixed operations and the aftermarket parts business. They will be key to balance the requests of fleet customers, support and consult with the dealer network, and manage priorities of the headquarters team.
