The role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience emphasizing innovation and efficiency in multi-channel environments.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 and $102,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in Manhattan WMoS and Manhattan Active demonstrating technical proficiency.
• Have a strong understanding of multi-channel operations and their impact on business processes.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Show proficiency in system integration and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify improvement opportunities.
