Job Description

This role involves driving projects and communications supporting category leaders to enable transparency and operational excellence throughout the Sourcing process. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential to drive our change program.

Essential Functions

Metrics Sourcing Ensure inputs for functional metrics are accurate and timeline to support any executive leadership reviews. Leverage analytics and insightsto support procurement decision making at a strategic level. Support and enable the development of simplification and process efficienciesto eliminate manual inefficiencies in procurement operations, ensuring that teams focus on high value work

Metrics Business Develop and maintain CFO dashboards and coordinate with stakeholders as needed to ensure accuracy and support executive briefings

Data Integrity Validate quality of inputs, drive corrective actions, align savings methodology with budget, coordinate approvals, validate process improvements, and handle escalations to the quality board. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and impacts

Policy Exceptions Standardize compliance reporting, organize training or actions for non-compliance, track accountability, and document lessons learned. Ensure adherence to sourcing processes, including regional and global collaboration.

Category Maturity Centralize reporting of maturity assessments, track align with regions and team actions, communicate with stakeholders, and support SRM maturity. Coordinate work for geographically distributed teams

Category Operations Monitor quality of savings reporting, monitor deal compliance, provide feedback, and conduct CPO reviews. Monitor project complexity centrally, provide operational sourcing plans and tools for sub-categories, and guide teams on supplier usage, competition, negotiation, and escalation.

Process Improvement Validate and track process improvements, support escalations to the quality board, and ensure alignment with budget and savings methodologies.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.

7 years experience of progressive roles in procurement, sourcing or supply chain.

Ability to leverage procurement technologies strategically to drive business decisions rather than just execute analytics.

Knowledgeable in Power BI and automation tools for procurement analytics. Proficient in the usage of Ariba

Data Driven Decision Making. Focus on performance analytics and align procurement with corporate objectives to ensure it operates as a strategic enabler

Lead continuous improvement efforts across designated category teams by contributing to a program management framework aligned with modern agile, lean, and design thinking practices.

Drive and track key performance indicators in collaboration with Category leadership, and develop action plans to enhance performance by setting measurable goals and implementing targeted strategies for improvement

BA or BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related degrees. MBA preferred

Proven experience managing large, complex projects.

Excellent communication skills are required

Financial acumen and ability to assess project ROI

Proven track record in managing agile projects with a heavily matrixed environment, and driving cross functional continuous improvement initiatives

Proficient in operational oversight, ensuring adherence to standards and priorities

Innovative problem solving skills and strategic thinking combined with a solution-oriented mindset, enabling creative approaches that challenge the status quo and clear communication at all organizational levels

Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of delivering transparent, comprehensive reporting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and organizational accountability

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 112,100.00 to 145,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
