Non-certified technicians will be considered but are required to obtain certification within 6 months.

Illinois CancerCare has 6 specialty retail pharmacy locations, 4 of which are remote-dispensing locations or telepharmacies. These settings allow pharmacy technician staff a great deal of ownership and autonomy in the care of their patients. We operate 8:00am to 5:00p Monday through Friday. As a medically integrated specialty pharmacy, our roles in patient care go well beyond filling prescriptions. At Illinois CancerCare pharmacy technicians are involved in both of our Specialty Pharmacy Accreditations. We work closely with the patient's physician team to ensure quality, compassionate care.
