Overview

Job Purpose

We're growing our team and looking for a marketer who's passionate about media and brand storytelling, curious about the public company journey, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both creative ideation and strategy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for new public listings across events, content and paid media
  • Work with companies listed on the NYSE to elevate and amplify their marketing initiatives (e.g., product launches, sponsorships, company milestones)
  • Support the day-to-day marketing needs of NYSE's Capital Markets, Listings and ETFs teams
  • Create marketing collateral and presentations including pitch materials and case studies

Knowledge and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing and/or communications for a media company, agency or in-house marketing team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under tight deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative spirit with a willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva; working knowledge of Monday.com and Salesforce

New York Base Salary Range

The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $72,100 - 97,900 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
