How YOU will make an impact everyday:

  • Performs assigned preventative maintenance on machinery and the building or grounds as required
  • Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
  • Inspects building to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair
  • Performs minor plumbing, electrical and painting maintenance using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools
  • Order parts and maintains required documents
  • Maintain parts and supply inventory needed to maintain operations
  • Must be able to work flexible hours
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for YOU to be successful:

  • 1-2 years working experience in machine maintenance/manufacturing and basic understanding of electrical, troubleshooting and mechanical apptitude.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Dependable; maintains regular and punctual attendance.
  • Assignments are received in task-oriented terms from direct Supervisor
  • Follows established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
