Majesco is seeking a seasoned, driven, and strategic Senior Vice President of Sales - Property & Casualty to lead new business development and revenue growth for our Property & Casualty (P&C) product portfolio. This leadership role will drive market expansion by targeting new logos, scaling customer engagement, and building a world-class sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for Majesco's P&C solutions, including core, data, digital, and cloud-based platforms.
- Build, manage, and grow a robust pipeline of new business opportunities within the P&C insurance space, clearly focusing on new client acquisition.
- Lead and manage a geographically distributed team to effectively execute the end-to-end enterprise sales cycles-from lead generation to deal closure-for P&C solutions, collaborating closely with pre-sales, delivery, product, and partner teams.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the P&C insurance landscape, staying ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to bring market feedback into product strategy, delivery excellence, and customer success initiatives.
- Represent Majesco at P&C industry events, conferences, and executive forums to strengthen brand awareness and thought leadership.
- Recruit, coach, retain, and scale a high-performing, P&C-specialized sales team, instilling a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Engage with Majesco Partners in support of industry trends, maintaining open lines of communications between firms, seeking market intelligence, and positioning Majesco as strong market leaders
- Develop and report on key metrics, including pipeline health, sales forecast accuracy, quota attainment, and sales team performance.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or business development, with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets within complex enterprise sales environments.
- Deep familiarity with the needs and pain points of P&C insurers (commercial, personal, specialty lines), brokers, MGAs, and carriers.
- Experience selling SaaS-based P&C solutions (e.g., policy administration, billing, claims, rating engines, underwriting workbenches).
- Strong grasp of digital transformation trends in P&C, including API ecosystems, cloud adoption, data-driven underwriting, and customer engagement platforms.
- Experience in partner-driven go-to-market motions; able to work in tandem with system integrators, consulting firms, and technology alliances.
- Strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach, capable of building tailored business cases and influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Proven expertise and success leading, managing, and motivating enterprise sales teams to exceed their performance targets
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.

What Majesco Offers: Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $225,000 to $250,000. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US.
