Hours and Pay:



  • Shift: 3rd Shift | 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Pay Rate: $32-$36 per hour (based on experience)
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire



Key Responsibilities:



  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of production and plant support equipment.
  • Fabricate parts using metal, plastic, or wood as needed.
  • Monitor and service critical plant equipment, including boilers, air compressors, water processing systems, and powder silos.
  • Assist in the layout and purchasing of new capital assets alongside the Plant Engineer.
  • Support snow removal and maintain clear access to exits, docks, and walkways.
  • Manage parts and accessories ordering to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Respond promptly to plant security and safety system needs.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role within manufacturing.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in motors, gears, and bearings preferred.
  • Capable of lifting and stacking items up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive bending and stretching.
  • Solid organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and capable of working both independently and in a team setting.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and basic mathematical problem-solving.
