Are you a skilled maintenance professional who thrives in a hands-on role? We're seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure our client's facility stays safe, efficient, and fully operational. If you're experienced in repairs, proactive in problem-solving, and ready to take ownership of your work, we want to hear from you!

Schedule: 7am - 5pm

Pay Rate: $27 - $30/hr.

What You'll Do:



  • Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on facility equipment and systems
  • Handle general building repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)
  • Operate forklifts, yard trucks, hand tools, and power tools
  • Maintain maintenance logs and coordinate with contractors as needed
  • Troubleshoot minor PLCs and pneumatic systems
  • Support workplace safety initiatives and uphold OSHA standards




What You Bring:



  • Must have 3 years of facility maintenance and electrical troubleshooting experience
  • Forklift certification (required); welding or metal cutting skills a plus
  • Familiarity with CMMS software, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
  • OSHA 10 Certification (required); CPR/First Aid preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
  • Comfortable lifting up to 75lbs and working at heights or outdoors
