$50,000 - $65,000/year Salary

Schedule



  • Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Hybrid role - combination of remote work and on-site presence at our Mer Rouge, LA office



Responsibilities



  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
  • Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, financial reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Monitor and organize the CEO/President's inbox, ensuring timely response to high-priority items.
  • Serve as a primary liaison with internal departments, external vendors, clients, and visitors.
  • Coordinate and support business projects, events, and initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all interactions and communications.



What You Bring



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an executive or administrative support role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Comfortable working in both remote and in-office settings.
