| b"-No experience necessary, will train.-Possess a valid driver's license, driving will be required in this position.-Basic knowledge in the operation and maintenance of vehicles and heavy equipment.Nice-to-haves:-Familiarity with hand and power tools and equipment commonly used in maintenance tasks.-Perform routine servicing and corrective maintenance of water and wastewater collection systems.-Clean vehicles, heavy equipment, pumps, tools, and other stationery and portable equipment.-Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment; perform minor maintenance and lubrication of machinery such as changing oil and greasing equipment.-Operate and maintain vehicles, equipment, and tools required to load, unload, haul, and spread sand, gravel, dirt, and waste products.-Dig and refill ditches and trenches as needed.-Assist operations and maintenance personnel by carrying or holding materials, supplies, and tools.-Maintain grounds and buildings, including cutting grass, trimming trees, and caring for lawns and ornamental plantings.-Understand and carry out oral and written directions.-Work safely and adhere to established safety procedures.-Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with those contacted during work.-Respond to pages as requested by management and be available for on-call shifts.-Perform other duties as required/requested by the Project Manager or Shift Supervisor."Position is offered by a no fee agency. | |
