Krispy Kreme's Senior Manager of BI Reporting and Data Analytics will lead our Global Technology Services data analytics team, with responsibility for driving data-driven decision-making across the organization and ensuring the delivery of high-quality BI reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and team management. They will be responsible for understanding the data needs across the global enterprise and developing and executing a roadmap to maximize data capabilities and business insights. They proactively partner with the business and other team members within Global Technology Services to define the strategy, implementation and operations of solutions in line with priorities. - Collaborate with global business partners and stakeholders to understand needs and translate into solutions.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex data sets.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Responsible for building and managing central data systems to create meaningful dashboards and analytics.
- Develop and maintain data models and dashboards.
- KPI development from across multiple data sets to show a holistic and enterprise view of the business, transforming data into insights.
- Assist team in architecting simple solutions for complex problems.
- Educating stakeholders in data literacy to drive efficiencies and better decision making.
- Look for ways to expand the company's analytics strategies and technologies, including researching and presenting areas of opportunity.
- Able to effectively communicate with all levels within business and technical staff.
- Implement and follow proper security and data governance best practices.
- Direct and manage a team of professionals performing data analysis and report design / development, coaching to create a strong team that are continuously learning new skills.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure the proper integration of data systems.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and BI.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve data processes.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role.
- Experience with cloud-based and on-prem data platforms, data lakes, data warehousing, analytics tools, data visualization and machine learning capabilities.
- Strong working knowledge of modern reporting platforms including SQL, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, PowerBI, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts and technologies.
- Understanding of many types of programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, .Net, C#, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
