We are seeking Program Assistant, PRN to join our team in our Norfolk, VA location.

Position Details

• Coordinate daily team schedules, manage communication between consumers and staff, and perform receptionist duties including triaging calls and greeting visitors.
• Maintain and update consumer records and documentation, including EMRs, insurance authorizations, and required reporting (productivity, payroll, and revenue).
• Support program operations by managing payroll, tracking staff and consumer schedules, and ensuring accurate data entry across multiple systems (e.g., MS Word, Excel, ADP).

Starting rate of $20.81 an hour, plus mileage reimbursement.
