Marketing Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on special projects and new product development (NPD) commercialization. This role serves as a critical bridge between Product Management and Marketing, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and impactful go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead cross-functional marketing projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

* Develop and manage commercialization plans for new product launches, including messaging, positioning, and integrated marketing campaigns.

* Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Creative teams to ensure cohesive and effective product introductions.

* Drive project planning, resource allocation, and risk management for marketing initiatives.

* Monitor and report on project performance, KPIs, and ROI, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

* Manage external vendors and agencies as needed to support campaign execution.

* Champion brand consistency and customer-centric messaging across all deliverables.

* Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the evolution of marketing best practices.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus

* 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environments

* Proven track record of managing complex marketing projects and product launches

* Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and integrated marketing

* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced organization with multiple priorities

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
