Title: Clinical Care Manager Job Duties: An RN, LVN, or LPT who assists the Director of Nursing Services in all areas of client care management through supervision, instruction and monitoring of nursing staff to assure the compliance of federal and state regulations regarding infection control, documentation, restorative and preventative care, safety factors, nutritional standards, and compliance of pharmacy regulations and nursing standards, possesses excellent assessment skills and have capability to track documentation. Schedule: Full-Time: AM Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an approved RN, LVN, or LPT program. Must have at least two years supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or mental health facility. Must have a current RN, LVN, or LPT license. Must have intermediate computer skills. Crestwood Wellness & Recovery Center has adopted the city park next to our building. Our clients actively pursue their gardening skills and creative beautification inspirations by maintaining and adding to the garden beds created on Earth Day 2009. The efforts have created a space for quiet and serenity as well. Weather permitting, staff often take clients to the park for group therapy, meditation, and yoga. The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
