is seeking motivated Manufacturing Associates to join a trusted packaging automation company in Alexandria, MN. With nearly 70 years of industry experience, this company offers the opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a supportive, safety-first environment. Shifts Available:



  • Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM, $17.50/hr
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM (4-day workweek!), $20.13/hr



Responsibilities:



  • Provide support to line operators with diminishing supervision
  • Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Learn and perform racking techniques that enhance part quality and maximize output
  • Build racks for new product configurations
  • Follow proper post-plating rinsing and drying procedures
  • Inspect and package parts per quality standards
  • Maintain job segregation when necessary to ensure accuracy
  • Complete other related duties as assigned



Qualifications:



  • Physically capable, alert, and able to follow directions
  • Team player comfortable in a physically active role
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Must pass a Pulmonary Function Test; no facial hair that interferes with respirator fit
  • Able to stand for up to 8 hours, walk up to 2 hours, and sit briefly
  • Frequent bending, squatting, overhead reaching (up to 76")
  • Lift 1-45 lbs regularly; up to 70 lbs occasionally (team lift over 50 lbs)
  • Constant gripping; must tolerate indoor temps exceeding 100F
