Ready to join a fast-paced team in the automotive industry? Staffmark is partnering with a Tier 2 supplier that paints plastic automotive parts like wheel flares, fuel doors, and sensor brackets-and we're looking for motivated individuals to help keep things moving in Montpelier, OH!

What will You do? As a Paint Prep Associate, you'll rotate through different stations, inspect and prep parts before painting, and ensure quality standards are met. Tasks may include light assembly (adding clips/tape), hanging parts on racks, and packaging finished products. No paint machine work-just hands-on, detail-focused tasks that keep the process flowing.

What is the position like? This role offers variety, steady hours, and the opportunity to grow in a team-driven environment. Most parts weigh 5-20 pounds, with occasional lifts of up to 50 pounds. Expect to stay active with standing, bending, and reaching throughout your shift.
