What to Expect: Are you a driven and ambitious professional eager to make a lasting impact in Human Resources? Nestle invites you to embark on an exciting journey through our esteemed HR Development Program (HRDP). Our goal is to cultivate a talented pool of exceptional HR Business Partners, poised to become future leaders in our factory and distribution center locations. Over 18-24 months, you will gain invaluable exposure working in diverse manufacturing and distribution facilities across multiple U.S. cities. You will receive in-depth learning experiences led by our top HR Specialist groups, including People Analytics, Labor & Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Employment Law, and our various Talent specialists. These learnings will be put into practice immediately during your time in the program. At Nestle, our HRDPs serve as strategic partners, leveraging their HR expertise to tackle real-world business challenges and contribute significantly to the success of our iconic product lines. You will play a key role in driving employee development, managing employee and labor relations, interpreting policies and contracts, overseeing compensation administration, staffing, and ensuring legal compliance. What sets our program apart is the responsibility entrusted to our trainees, coupled with extensive support. You will benefit from the guidance of dedicated direct report managers, a seasoned HR Leadership mentor, and a peer ambassador.
