Wage: $24.04 - $28.85/hour

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Shipping and Receiving Specialist at a company in Englewood, CO. This is a direct hire position for 1st shift. As a Shipping & Receiving Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely flow of materials to and from our facility. From inspecting inbound deliveries to preparing outbound shipments, you'll support our high-tech manufacturing operations across industries like medical, aerospace, defense, and semiconductor. Shipping & Receiving Specialist Responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, and document inbound shipments

- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments with accuracy

- Maintain inventory records and physical organization of stock

- Coordinate with internal teams and carriers to ensure timely delivery

- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment

- Support safety and quality compliance (ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, ITAR)

- Open and close shipping area, maintain cleanliness and safety

- Log inventory movements in ERP system

- Conduct routine cycle counts and audits

- Assist with delivery driving and occasional production tasks

Requirements for Shipping & Receiving Specialist:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- 3-5 years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience

- Forklift experience and valid Colorado driver's license required

- Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Experience in regulated industries (medical, aerospace, etc.) preferred

- Familiarity with UPS/FedEx software and inventory systems preferred

- Certifications in logistics, warehousing, or forklift operation preferred
