Position Title: Fermentation Technician / HTS Downstream
Wage: $23.00 - $27.00/hour Shift: 12 Hours Hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm or 6:00pm - 6:00am (2-3-2 Schedule, Every Other Weekend Off) Are you looking for a company that WANTS to help start and build your career? You'll support key biotech manufacturing operations by managing fermentation and downstream processes, ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency. Apply today! Fermentation Technician / HTS Downstream Responsibilities: - Inoculate and sterilize seed fermenters - Perform CIP on fermenters and HTS equipment - Operate and monitor Homogenizer, membrane filters, and sterile filters - Collect and test samples (ATP, swabs) - Maintain accurate documentation and clean work area - Follow SOPs, safety, and PPE protocols - Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance Requirements for Fermentation Technician / HTS Downstream: - High School Diploma or GED - Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Ability to lift 50-75lbs and work 12-hour shifts - Biotech or production experience a plus - Familiarity with CIP systems, pumps, valves, and safety practices preferred Benefits: - QPS offers healthcare insurance through American Workforce after 4 weeks on assignment and paid holidays after 960 worked hours Application Deadline: None, Always Accepting Candidates IND135 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
