Essential Job Duties |
- Manages and coordinates the Department Heads' calendars, travel, and daily activities.
- Managing correspondence coming into and disseminating from their offices.
- Coordinate and provide support for meetings and departmental events.
- Support and administration of class scheduling, faculty hiring, and teaching assistant (TA) hiring.
- Processing professional faculty hires and student GSSPs.
- Manage the administrative operations of the Department Heads' offices.
- Assist with processing P-card statements and minor budget sheet updates
