*Description*
Title: Desktop Support Specialist 2 * Installs, configures, and troubleshoots laptops, desktops, workstations, related peripherals, and network connectivity. * Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security for the end-user computing environment. * Communicates highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel. * Recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades. * Contributes technical and procedural knowledge to the Knowledge Base. * Provides day-to-day technical support to employees and VIPs in support of their computing environment. * Participates in information technology projects. *Skills* Imaging, SCCM, Ticketing system, Windows 10, Active directory, upgrades *Top Skills Details* Imaging, SCCM, Ticketing system, Windows 10,Active directory, upgrade *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 1. Excellent Communicator (verbal and written) and a team player 2. Strategic mindset that is focused on driving results 3. Foundational IT Experience 4. Proficiency in Common Software: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other widely used business applications are advantageous. 5. Detail-Oriented 6. Self motivated Education Requirements: Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year College, technical school, or equivalent experience. *Experience Level* Experienced Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
