Senior Field Marketing Analyst

The Field Marketing Analyst, Sr develops, implements and manages projects and initiatives of air-cover and ground cover campaigns. The role identifies and develops marketing strategies by collaborating with other departments and provides recommendations on how to improve marketing initiatives.

What you will be doing:

• Provides recommendations for strategic marketing direction and omni-channel campaign strategy, execution and optimization.
• Works on the planning, budget and implementation of outside vendors supplying services or materials in support of marketing programs.
• Implements and recommends to senior management key content to drive lead generation and sales enablement to achieve bookings growth.
• Works on the planning, budget and implementation of the tradeshow calendar in partnership with the sales and events team and provides improvement recommendations.
• Plans and executes marketing and communications for events to both internal and external audiences.
• Defines reporting and measurement to determine the effectiveness of programs and recommends actions for optimization.
• Works with the brand and creative teams to plan and deliver demand generation content for digital advertising, paid search, organic and paid social media placements, webinars, and sponsorships.
• Implements and recommends to senior management on key content to drive lead generation and sales enablement to achieve bookings growth.
• Evaluates and optimizes marketing mix to improve productivity, optimize ROI and decrease effort and cost of customer acquisition.
• Manages relationships with all Buying Group & Association (BGA) partners.

• Demonstrated interest and ability to learn technology quickly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
• 2+ years of specialized/industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
