Summary:
Responsible for working alongside staff and clinicians and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties. Participate in ethical, safe, high quality, competent, cost effective, and compassionate patient care under supervision, commensurate with their demonstrated competence, level of advancement and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
1. Meet the educational goals of their specific training program
2. Attend lectures, watch guest speakers, and create projects, oral presentations, and take tests.
3. Demonstrate competency in patient care, medical knowledge, and practice based learning and improvement, interpersonal and communication skills, professionalism, and systems based practice.
