The Manager of Strategic Accounts is responsible for developing and executing a focused strategy to grow CNH Construction Equipment's presence with large rental companies, key corporate accounts and government markets across North America. This role will strategically evaluate growth opportunities, report on key account activities, and work closely with the dealer network to ensure alignment and execution at the local level.



Responsibilities

    Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-potential rental, corporate accounts and government agencies, based on market opportunity, equipment fit, and long-term value.

  • Develop customized go-to-market strategies for each targeted account, incorporating product solutions, pricing structures, and service offerings.

  • Responsible to develop short- and long-term forecasting and work with Production Planning for targeted customer base.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, developing executive-level relationships to understand customer needs and drive long-term partnerships.

  • Lead cross-functional account planning sessions with sales, marketing, product, and aftermarket teams to ensure alignment and resource allocation.

  • Develop and maintain detailed reporting on strategic account progress, including pipeline status, sales performance, share of wallet, and key actions.

  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on strategic account health, growth opportunities, and risks.

  • Collaborate with the dealer network to ensure support and execution of strategic account initiatives at the local level.

  • Facilitate alignment between corporate account strategy and dealer capabilities, including delivery, service, and aftermarket support.

  • Support dealer training and coordination to maintain consistent messaging and execution with key accounts.

  • Collaborate with internal pricing, finance, and marketing teams to develop programs that enhance CNH's value proposition to large accounts.

  • Monitor program performance and customer feedback to optimize offerings and improve account satisfaction.

  • Stay informed on rental and corporate account trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer requirements to proactively adapt strategies.

  • Represent CNH Construction Equipment at key industry events and trade shows relevant to large rental and corporate buyers.

  • Support strategic planning processes, forecasting, and annual goal-setting specific to rental and corporate account growth.

  • Evaluate alternative methods to reach broader set of customers through direct and indirect channels

  • Perform other duties and initiatives as assigned to support the growth of CNH Construction's commercial footprint.



Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 10 years' experience dealing with National and/or Corporate Accounts
  • At least 5 years' experience leading cross-functional teams

The ideal candidate will have:

  • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Hands on experience with CRM software

The annual salary for this role is $138,350 - $202,900 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) The sales incentive bonus target for this role is 20%.
