We are looking to fill Network Engineer positions on the team. We are looking for someone who can help us with testing our modems and routers in a lab environment, analyzing test results against requirements, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and engaging with our vendors for remediation. *Skills* Network engineering, CISCO, juniper, DOCSIS, EPON, Linux, CCNA, OSI model *Top Skills Details* Network engineering, CISCO, Juniper, DOCSIS, EPON *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Applicants must rank high in the following attributes: * Technical Skills * Focus on Getting Stuff Done (GSD) * Intrinsically motivated (independent worker that does not need micromanagement) * Collaborative (while work is done independently, success is a team accomplishment - no one works in a silo)Communication (interpersonal communications, email/webex/documentation, Jira/Chalk) * Emotionally Intelligent (stress/chaos/change mitigation strategies, interpersonal relationships)Passionate about continuous learning * Ability to think outside the box and is creative! * Curious and resilient *Nice to Have Skills:* * Experience working with any MSO, Chipset Provider or DOCSIS/ONU Vendor * Experience with the following testing tools: * Certification: CCNA/CCNP * Industry and vendor specific certifications and training (Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel-Lucent, etc.) are a plus. * Python (for assistance in handover to automation team, ad-hoc proof of concept scripts) Test Tools: Splunk, Cisco Prime Cable Provisioning, Plume Frontline, Postman Enterprise Industry: Broadcom, Cortina, TR69, TR143, Sagemcom, Humax, Hitron, CableLabs Technical Skills: Patents, Technical Papers, Training Curricula, Test Cases, Requirements Documentation Communications: Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Webex, Teams *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $63.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
