Additional Skills (Nice to Have): * Experience with asset management tools, particularly ServiceNow. * Strong communication skills to work proactively with end users for equipment returns. * Ability to develop and improve processes for greater efficiency. Job Description: We are seeking an IT Asset Management Specialist to take ownership of managing assets across our warehouse environment in Addison, IL. This role involves: * Tracking hardware orders from start to finish and working directly with hardware providers. * Managing invoices and the shipping/receiving of equipment, primarily with our hardware vendor, CDW. * Handling thousands of assets and ensuring timely returns from end users. * Developing and implementing efficient processes to improve asset management. Additional Skills & Qualifications: * This is a 100% onsite position in Addison, IL. Reliability is key, and candidates should be located within 15-20 miles of Addison. * The role involves working alongside a team of 4-5 techs in a warehouse environment.
