*This Position Can Sit 100% remotely * *What You'll Do* As a NOC Technician, you'll be on the front lines of our 24/7 operations, monitoring and managing our Wireless Radio Access Network (RAN) and Core Transport Network. Your mission: ensure maximum uptime, rapid response to outages, and seamless service for our customers. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor network performance and respond to alarms and outages in real-time. * Troubleshoot and resolve advanced network issues, escalating when necessary. * Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to restore service quickly and efficiently. * Mentor and train junior technicians, using real-world events as learning opportunities. * Document incidents, generate reports, and communicate status updates to leadership. * Participate in disaster recovery efforts and emergency response protocols. *What You Bring* * Experience: 1+ year in a telecommunications or network operations environment. * Education: Associate's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Certifications: CCNA preferred but not required. Or equivalent knowledge of the OSI model and network troubleshooting is preferred. * Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
