Title: Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Niagara Falls, NY

Salary: $85,500 - $110,000
Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts with rotating Friday coverage
Relocation Available

Focus: The Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading a Maintenance crew to perform service functions within established timing, safety, quality, and cost standards.

E&I Maintenance Supervisor Essential Job Functions:

  • Supervise electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities and manage priorities to ensure minimal disruptions to production
  • Monitor work practices and quality of work performed
  • Ensure adherence to life critical procedures for the safety of team members and plant personnel
  • Manage and motivate direct reports; review, assess, and provide direct and immediate performance feedback to build employee skills and support their professional development

E&I Maintenance Supervisor Minimum Requirements:

  • Must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:

    • High school diploma/GED and 5+ years experience in a relevant manufacturing role; OR

    • Bachelor's degree* in Engineering or other related technical area and 2+ years full time work experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of electrical & instrumentation maintenance

  • Working knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively with multiple departments/teams to troubleshoot and problem solve

  • Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
