Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 15 years of experience in the Java technologies.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Java,Spring Boot Microservices Node JS Spring Core REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL.
This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural vision.
* Design and architect robust, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions aligned with project requirements and Ford's technology strategy.
* Lead code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of delivered software and technical components.
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing expert-level support and guidance to the team to resolve roadblocks.
* Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and designs.
* Evaluate new technologies and tools, making recommendations for their adoption to improve efficiency and innovation within projects.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and technical standards within the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:
Must have extensive experience Java
Should have a strong background in the Automotive Industry with a deep understanding of its technical requirements.
Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Should have strong leadership and team management skills.
Must be proficient in project management and have a track record of delivering projects on time.
Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
