We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team and help drive accessibility across our products and services. This role will play a critical part in embedding inclusive design principles into engineering workflows, ensuring our solutions are usable by everyone-including people with disabilities. As part of the Office of the COO, you will support accessibility execution across commerce and ecosystem services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible, user-centered experiences. You'll work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure accessibility is not an afterthought, but a foundational element of how we build. ResponsibilitiesSupport accessibility initiatives by partnering with engineering teams to ensure services and applications meet conformance standards. Build and scale an accessibility-first culture by mentoring teams, developing best practices, and embedding inclusive design principles into workflows. Contribute to building a culture of inclusive design and accessibility awareness across the organization. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure intuitive, user-centered product experiences. Define and track program milestones, manage risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders at all levels. Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, and product teams to deliver impactful features on time and within scope. Embody our Culture and Values |
