What You'll Do

• Operate machines like Brake Press, Turret, and Fin Press to shape and form metal parts
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Perform quality checks and report any defects
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• Adapt to shift changes and overtime as needed

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of machine operation or manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Comfortable with repetitive motions and standing for long periods
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred:

• 2+ years of machine operation experience
• Experience with CNC machines or heavy machinery
