Role Summary Our Sr. Supply Chain Program Manager will be a key contributor on project timelines, cost targets, and overall program delivery for Rivian's Electronic Control Units, in partnership with Volkswagen as part of our newly created Joint Venture. Our new Sr. Program Manager will also partner with Rivian's Lead Program Manager as part of the larger Supply Chain Program Management team to define how both Rivian & VW will work with the Joint Venture on all future products and projects. This person should thrive while operating in an evolving environment, and have a proven ability to convert early-stage project ambiguity into cross-functional progress.They will have a proactive mindset towards leveraging new technologies for supply chain and project management optimization, be adept at change management, and have a natural drive towards achieving objectives while keeping a wider strategy front of mind. They will preferably have a background and/or experience in data warehousing, analytics, and generating engaging visuals + reports. This position is located onsite in Palo Alto, CA or Irvine, CA. Pay Disclosure Salary Range/Hourly Rate for Irvine, CA Based Applicants: $98,500 - $123,100 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law). Salary Range/Hourly Rate for Palo Alto, CA Based Applicants: $107,000 - $133,800 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law). Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
