*Clinic Supervisor - Job Description* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced *Clinic Supervisor* to lead our client's clinical support team and contribute to the smooth operation of their healthcare facilities. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities * Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision to clinical support staff, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to best practices. * Collaborate with management to optimize clinic operations, improve patient outcomes, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. * Support the call center team by assisting with scheduling, patient inquiries, and coverage as needed. * Monitor and enhance the patient experience by promoting a culture of compassion, professionalism, and service excellence. * Assist with onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of clinical staff. * Utilize Microsoft Office tools to manage schedules, reports, and documentation. Qualifications * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical supervisory role. Preference to CMAs with leadership experience. * Strong background in customer service within a healthcare setting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * CMA and BLS certifications required within 60 days of hire. * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Attributes * Ability to lead by example and foster a collaborative team environment. * Adaptability to shifting priorities and multitasking in a dynamic clinic setting. * Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus. * Ability to travel to remote clinics (ex: Barstow) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $34.77/hr.
