The role of the Facility Maintenance Supervisor is to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of critical equipment and Facility infrastructure. The Maintenance Supervisor must lead Skilled Tradesmen, and OEM Service Providers to provide high-level service delivery to optimize the Total Productive Maintenance process. Must lead your team to perform Preventative Maintenance, reactive work order, and minor project tasks. The ideal candidate should have prior supervisor and maintenance background in a represented worker environment. The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager of the Maintenance Department on first shift each Mon-Fri. Experience & Qualifications: * Minimum of 5 years hands-on industry experience required o Motor & Pump Systems Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Manage Electrician, Millwright, Machine Repair, & Pipefitter Tradesmen to optimize maintenance capabilities through skills development, tools and technology People Management Responsibilities: * Ensure timely completion of annual performance goals for Client, People, Growth, Cost & Environment Location: On-site -Pontiac, MIIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.
