Responsibilities

Position Overview

Lead a $800M services organization focused on services delivery of high-value services across Americas and Europe. This role reports directly to the Chief Services Officer and holds P&L responsibility for services revenue, orders and margin across the regions. The position requires a proven leader who can drive services growth through innovative solutions that combine our hardware, software, and engineering expertise to solve complex customer measurement challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership & Growth

  • Own and deliver against $800M+ annual services revenue target and associated profitability metrics across Americas and Europe
  • Drive services strategy and go-to-market approach in alignment with company's portfolio and market opportunities
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with key customers and partners to drive strategic growth
  • Drive consultative customer engagement to uncover customer needs and translate into strategic solutions
  • Identify and develop new services offerings and revenue streams based on market needs and technology trends

Services Sales & Delivery

  • Lead regional services teams to drive bookings growth and pipeline development
  • Ensure delivery excellence and consistent customer success across all service engagements
  • Develop and maintain delivery methodologies that drive business outcomes and customer value
  • Optimize resource utilization and delivery margins across regions

Organizational Leadership

  • Lead and develop a team of service engineers & professionals across multiple geographies
  • Build strong partnerships with sales, products and industry vertical organizations
  • Drive talent development and organizational design to support business growth
  • Create and maintain a high-performance culture focused on customer success and innovation
  • Orchestrate effective collaboration with key stakeholders such as operations, technical support teams within the services organization

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in services organizations
  • Proven track record managing $400M+ services P&L with consistent growth and profitability
  • Experience leading large, geographically distributed teams
  • Exceptional ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at C-level
  • Deep understanding of services market and delivery models, especially for hardware & integrated software products
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Strong customer relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with enterprise clients

Leadership Competencies

  • Proven track record of building partnerships and driving change across organizational boundaries
  • Ability to navigate complex matrixed organizational structures
  • Experience in building and maintaining high-trust relationships across diverse teams
  • Strong customer relationship management and account stewardship capabilities
  • Demonstrated success in creating clarity and alignment in ambiguous environments
  • Proven consultative customer engagement with enterprise customers
