What You'll Do: * Leverage your deep understanding of vehicle systems to evaluate and process mechanical claims accurately and efficiently. * Communicate with dealerships, repair facilities, and vehicle owners via phone and email to resolve claim-related inquiries. * Provide empathetic, knowledgeable support to customers, ensuring a positive and reassuring experience. * Maintain detailed and accurate electronic records using proprietary claims systems. * Collaborate with peers and leadership to uphold a commitment to integrity, fairness, and service excellence. Types of Calls You'll Handle: * Dealership Inquiries - Determine warranty coverage for proposed repairs using established guidelines. * Customer Questions - Explain claim decisions and guide customers through the claims process. * Repair Guidance - Advise customers on next steps for vehicle issues and how to initiate a claim. What You Bring: * 3+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive mechanic or in a related mechanical role. * Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and the ability to explain them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially over the phone. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously. * Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment. * Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are highly encouraged to apply. * High school diploma or GED required; ASE certification is a plus. Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required): * Experience with labor guides such as AllData or Mitchell. * Familiarity with diagnostic scan tools. Additional Details: * Must be available to travel to Deerfield Beach, FL or St. Louis, MO for a 2-week onboarding training. * Occasional Saturday shifts required. * A quiet home workspace and high-speed internet are necessary for remote/hybrid roles. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
