Coordinator- Food and Nutrition and Education Center

Job Summary

• Ensures scheduled meetings and events are setup according to the room specifications as described in the reservations reports.
• Assists Supervisor with room reservation scheduling.
• Performs office duties and provides excellent customer service based on ICARE values and The Norman Way.
• Responsible for check-out process for loaned equipment and Inventory control of linens and decorations.
• Back-up to Education Center Supervisor.

Qualifications

Must have full mobility and range of motion. Frequently lifting and being physically active.

Education

High school diploma or GED.

Experience

Time management skills, team player, and works well independently and with a group. Basic maintenance skills. Frequent use of Microsoft office programs, creating reports. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Licensure/Certification/Registration/Professional Designation ETC

Food Handlers Permit, Valid OK driver's license.
