Program Manager - Remote Engagement Sales

Position Summary

TheProgram Managerplays a critical role in driving the success of multiple contracted programs by overseeing strategic client relationships and leading high-performing remote sales and ales sales account management teams. This leadership position is responsible for managing multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring seamless collaboration across diverse clients, alignment with their unique goals, and the consistent achievement of program deliverables.

Serving as the primary liaison between Amplity and its valued clients, the Program Manager will act as a trusted advisor to client management while partnering closely with Amplity leadership to identify growth opportunities, optimize team performance across all programs, and deliver exceptional results. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of client products, program operations, and competitive market intelligence to ensure each contracted team consistently exceeds expectations and delivers measurable value.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong client business partnerships to ensure program deliverables are met and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, fostering collaboration and alignment with their strategic objectives.
  • Lead and presentQuarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), sharing program performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to demonstrate value and identify opportunities for program optimization.

Program Management

  • Oversee the execution of program deliverables, ensuring the contracted inside sales and account teams meet or exceed performance expectations.
  • Monitor and report on program results, including sales performance, operational efficiency, and compliance adherence, to both clients and internal leadership.
  • Develop actionable strategies based on key performance data to drive program success and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Amplity cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Legal/Compliance, HR, Project Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Finance) to ensure seamless program execution and support.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client products, competitive intelligence, and market trends to guide team efforts and support client goals.
  • Proactively address challenges, resolve issues, and adapt strategies to meet evolving program requirements.

Team Leadership

  • Provide coaching and strategic guidance to inside sales or account representatives to achieve performance objectives.
  • Lead all interviewing and hiring activities for the team.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture by providing ongoing support, feedback, and development opportunities.
  • Drive engagement and accountability while effectively managing team performance.

Expense Management

  • Review and approve all employee expense reports in compliance with policies.
  • Maintain expenses within program budget parameters.

Reporting and Data Analysis

  • Prepare reports for Amplity leadership and client management as required, including QBRsand ad hoc performance summaries.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities.

Compliance

  • Fully comply with Amplity and client policies, privacy guidelines, and all relevant state and federal laws and regulations.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with team members assigned to the program, Amplity Project Management, and Amplity home office support teams across departments.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including sales and account management leadership experience.
  • Experience managing remote teams is preferred.
  • Market Access experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics.
  • Experience interviewing, hiring, coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing talent.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
  • Ability to travel for field visits and work-related meetings (overnight and/or weekends).
  • Ability to pass all required Amplity and client training.
  • Strong preference for candidates residing in Eastern or Central time zones.
