Where you will work: This position offers a hybrid work option (up to 50% remote) and is open to any Compeer office location in Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin, with the preferred office location being Lakeville, MN. The contributions you will make: This position is a senior enterprise leader responsible for shaping and advancing Compeer Financials' long-term growth strategy. The Vice President of Strategy and Business Development leads the development of enterprise and business unit strategies, drives the organization's innovation and business development agenda, and informs investment and partnership decisions that position Compeer for the future. Reporting directly to Compeer's Head of Strategy, this role partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team and functional leaders to identify growth opportunities, translate vision into action, and build alignment around the strategic direction of the organization. The role also co-leads the enterprise-wide strategic planning process, ensuring that priorities are grounded in market insights and financial performance. In addition to driving strategy, this leader provides direct management for a portion of the Strategy & Business Development team - helping develop high-performing talent, build team capabilities, and establish strong systems, tools, and operating rhythms. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.
