Role Overview The Senior Legal Counsel for Transportation Services is responsible for providing legal support for the Moving Services division with a specific focus on, Transportation law, and Van Line Agent relationships. The role will support the Litigation Manager and HHG paralegal on HHG claims and legal matters. The Senior Legal Counsel, Transportation Services will also represent SIRVA in the industry as a speaker and presenter at local, regional, and national HHG industry events. With direct oversight from the VP & General Counsel, the Attorney is also responsible for researching and providing general guidance on legal issues related to the business operations. *This position is open to being filled as a virtual/hybrid role in the mid-west, with the requirement to travel to our Fort Wayne, Indiana office monthly or bimonthly.
