Pay & Schedule:



  • $20 - $25/hr (Based on Experience)
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Training: 1st Shift for 3-4 weeks



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Prepare job jackets and materials prior to press setup
  • Carefully review job instructions before running each project
  • Monitor print quality and perform regular quality checks
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Ensure jobs stay on schedule and meet customer requirements
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times



What You Bring:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of digital press operation experience
  • Solid mechanical knowledge of press systems and auxiliary equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
