KI is seeking a passionate and driven Integrated Sales Manager to join our Inside Sales team at our Corporate headquarters in Green Bay. This is your chance to be part of a vibrant and innovative company that values creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

As an Integrated Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth within your designated region. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Leading and inspiring an inside sales team of 10 to 15 individuals to deliver outstanding results. You will foster a positive and motivating environment, encouraging team members to reach their full potential through regular coaching, feedback, and recognition of achievements.
  • Collaborating with District Sales Leaders to coordinate sales, marketing, and fulfillment activities. Effective communication and teamwork will be essential to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of plans.
  • Developing and implementing new programs to capture additional market share. Your innovative approach and strategic thinking will be key in identifying opportunities and driving initiatives that enhance our competitive edge.


We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and possesses:



  • A minimum of 5 years of combined B2B sales and sales management experience in a large company. Your experience should demonstrate your ability to lead teams and achieve exceptional sales performance.
  • A related 4-year degree.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Furniture industry knowledge and experience (highly desired).
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
