* Pay: $24.00-27.00/hour * Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm (M-F) * In-office position: office located in the Chevoit OR Pictoria areas (MUST BE LOCATED IN THE CINCINNATI, OH AREA) * 2-3 month contract with strong potential to get extended *Job Description* * Prepare and review closing documents for Fannie, Freddie, VA, and FHA loan products. * Ensure loans documents are prepared and completed according to regulatory and investor guidelines. * Upload and deliver loans to clients in a timely manner. * Balance a pipeline of 25-30 loans. *Skills & Qualifications* * 3+ years of Mortgage Closing experience * Experience working with Conventional, FHA, or VA. * Encompass experience is a must * High School Diploma or GED * Detail-oriented/organized * Ability to work hybrid in-office *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
