*Description*
Monster Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Material Master Data Analyst to support our global operations by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across departments. This role bridges the gap between business needs and data systems, playing a key part in our transition to SAP S/4HANA and the implementation of new data governance tools. Key Responsibilities: - Review and validate material master data to ensure alignment with business logic, structural standards, and global consistency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Marketing to support POS and merchandise data needs. - Manage and process data requests through ticketing systems (ClickUp, transitioning to SAP NDG). - Support SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration, with a focus on material, vendor, and customer master data. - Conduct data audits and cleansing to eliminate duplicates, outdated, or erroneous entries. - Translate business requirements into functional data specifications and propose scalable solutions. - Ensure compliance with data governance policies and push back when necessary to maintain data integrity. - Analyze and interpret data to uncover trends and support decision-making. - Work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment. Required Qualifications: - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite. - Experience with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA preferred). - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools. - Familiarity with Evolve by Precisely or other data governance platforms. - Exposure to material, vendor, or customer master data in SAP. - Understanding of global sales and marketing data requirements. Soft Skills: - Self-starter with strong accountability and time management. - Comfortable pushing back and negotiating when data standards are at risk. - Curious, observant, and able to connect business processes with data insights. *Skills* excel, microsoft office suite, sap, sap s/4 hana, data, data governance, communication and analytical skills *Top Skills Details* excel,microsoft office suite,sap,sap s/4 hana,data,data governance,communication and analytical skills *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Business logic, data entry, and data scrubbing * Processing tickets for the marketing and sales teams * Assist in the application and implementation procedures of data standards and guidelines on data ownership, coding structures, and data replication to ensure access to and integrity of data sets. * Conduct regular data cleaning audits to rid the system of old data, unused data, erroneous data or duplicate data for better management and quicker access. * Develop and implement strategies to translate business requirements and models into feasible and acceptable data warehouse designs to ensure that business needs are met. * Provide material data troubleshooting and consulting in support of business and information technology initiatives to improve database systems. * Ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining data governance and the processes to the data quality. * Experience working with industry standards, regulations, and guidelines in database warehousing and other relevant systems. * Experience working with company hardware and software products to make sound recommendations pertaining to data architecture, warehousing, quality and functionality. * Experience working with relational databases. * Strong attention to detail abilities with hands-on experience. * Knowledgeable in data profiling, root cause analysis, and quality improvement. * Ability to translate user requirements into functional specifications as it pertains to material master data elements. * Good personal computer and business solutions software skills. * Good communication skills to communicate with the business, team members, external data providers, and management. * Good skills in data administration, design, and architecture. * Good analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to address multiple projects in a timely manner and adhere to deadlines. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.20 - $33.60/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
