*Job Title:* Customer Service Representative - Call Center
*Job Description:* We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic call center team. In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls and conduct follow-up communications as needed. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries related to prior authorizations, general information, and sensitive or confidential matters with professionalism and accuracy. *Key Responsibilities :* * Managing 50-100 inbound and follow-up calls daily, depending on call complexity. * Providing exceptional customer service with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. * Accurately entering and updating customer information across multiple systems and platforms. * Maintaining compliance with quality and accuracy standards. *Required Skills:* * Proven experience in customer service within a call center environment. * Familiarity with the healthcare industry and prior authorization processes. * Proficient in navigating multiple systems and maintaining detailed records. * Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills. * Customer Service * Call Center Operations * Inbound Call Handling * Healthcare Industry Knowledge *Additional Qualifications:* * Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a high-volume call center (within the last 2-3 years). * Stable work history (resumes with frequent job changes may not be considered). * Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute. * Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology. *Experience Level*: Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
