*Description:*
*Project Management* * Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional coordination, ensuring alignment on timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to keep projects on track and strategically aligned. * Proactively streamline operational processes and optimize internal tracking documentation to improve team efficiency, visibility, and workflow consistency. *Digital Campaign Execution* * Partner cross-functionally with media teams, agencies, customer marketing, and creative to project manage global brand and demand campaign execution, including digital, print, and OOH ads * Lead coordination of third-party media execution by partnering with external vendors, marketing operations, and channel lead to ensure timely delivery of campaign deliverables and alignment on execution requirements *Planning* * Support the Sr. Digital Media Operations Manager in maintaining momentum across half-yearly planning cycles * Manage quarterly refresh projects, including developing workback plans, task tracking, and resource alignment *What we look for:* * 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, media operations, and/or project management * Proven ability to document and manage complex processes across cross-functional teams * Experience working with media agencies, creative teams, and cross-regional stakeholders * Hands-on experience with media buying, campaign execution, and digital ad operations * Proficient in Asana and highly skilled in Google Sheets, including managing complex spreadsheets * Strong project planning capabilities, with experience building and adapting workback schedules in dynamic environments *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $56.00 - $98.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
