Here's what you'd do:
- Performs quickly revolving generic assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
- Assembles parts, semi-products, or components, according to plan.
- Uses a limited number of specialized tools.
- Perform prescribed quality sight checks or checks on functionality.
- It is characteristic that situations vary significantly, so thinking is about addressing and evaluating unusual or uncommon situations appropriately and resolving incidents or issues most suitably and effectively.
- Issue handling rarely exceeds a day-to-day horizon, but is short-term and process-focused.
- Contributes to complex assembly processes involving a team of differently qualified specialists.
- The assembly process for one item may take days or up to weeks to complete, and the incumbent is involved in several different production steps.
- However, there is still a clear day-to-day operation focus.
- The work performed is still procedure-based; however, issues and problems that arise need to be addressed and solved by the incumbent.
- The senior, experienced incumbent needs to manage the broad scope of tasks and accountabilities within one functional area.
- Non-routine inquiries and issues occur regularly and need to be solved instantly, with a certain degree of authority and bindingness towards (internal and external) customers.

Pay: $30.00 / hr.
Hours: 40 hrs/Week. (1st shift).
Length: Contract (4 months).

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Floor Assembly.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Vocationally trained positions that need both practical and theoretical understanding and some significant advanced vocational experience to perform a broad range of varying tasks and issues, in a related field of work.
- A good grasp of knowledge and principles in the related field of work, based on vocational training and practical experience, enables incumbents to operate in moderately complex workflow environments, often working with specialized equipment and machines.
