Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) Manager

Location: Washington Metro Area/Germantown, MD (Hybrid)
Clearance: DOE Q Clearance or DOD TS Required
Salary Range: $150K+

KeyLogic is seeking an experienced CSSP Manager for potential work to lead the Cyber Security Service Provider team to protect the DoD Information Network (DODIN) for NNSA's classified and unclassified networks, ensuring compliance with DoDI 8530.01 and Evaluator Scoring Metrics (ESM).

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the CSSP team, coordinating with IA, Federal Oversight, and JFHQ-DODIN to ensure program success.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures compliant with DOE/NNSA and DoD 8530.01 standards.
  • Oversee CSSP reporting, auditing subscriber sites, and coordinating with Assessment Teams during SAVs and CCRIs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with subscriber sites to support compliance and address CSSP requirements.
  • Review and update CSSP documentation (policies, procedures) and lead CSSP Working Group Sessions.
  • Deliver executive-level briefings, presentations, and recommendations to senior NNSA OCIO stakeholders.
  • Ensure team compliance with DoD 8140 certifications, DOE derivative classifier training, and 20 hours/month of cybersecurity range activities, submitting quarterly training reports.
  • Integrate with NNSA systems (e.g., SSIMS, CATS, Enterprise Archer, Tenable Security Center) and processes (e.g., IMperial exercises, Performance Assurance Program) to enhance oversight and monitoring.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
  • Cybersecurity Certifications:current CISM or CISSP
  • Must have an active DOE Q or DOD Top Secret Clearance
  • Expert knowledge of NIST SP 800-53, CNSSI 1253, DoDI 8530.01, and ESM
  • Minimum 15 years of cybersecurity project and program management experience in the federal government with proven experience in:

Leading cybersecurity teams for oversight, assessments, and process improvement
Managing organizational change and driving project performance
Developing executive-level briefings and recommendations
Navigating complex stakeholder relationships with DoD, DOE, M&O Contractors, and external partners

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in NNSA systems (SSIMS, CATS, Enterprise Archer, Tenable) and processes (IMperial, Performance Assurance)
  • Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
