Start: immediately in Chicago/Rosemont, IL / United States
Permanent position, Full-time As a Brand Manager for HARIBO of America, you will be responsible for developing long-term marketing strategies for their assigned brand(s), building differentiated market positioning, developing superior brand propositions, and developing and executing integrated marketing plans. Within HARIBO, brand management defines the brand's pricing, packaging, trade merchandising, innovation pipeline, advertising and promotion strategies and a Brand Manager is responsible for delivering profit, volume, and market share objectives for their assigned HARIBO brand(s). Located on-site at the HARIBO of America corporate headquarters in Rosemont, Illinois, as one of our Brand Managers on our consumer marketing team, the ideal candidates will have 5+ years of "brand marketing" experience specifically within the Consumer Packaged Goods ( CPG ) industry, a Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred), and several years of experience utilizing and making decisions based on IRI, Circana, Nielsen, or related syndicated data specifically in the consumer packaged goods industry. Compensation Target Hiring Pay Range: $115,000 - $130,000 annually This pay range represents the min/max target annual base salary range HARIBO of America, Inc. may pay for this position at the time of this posting. Please note, a candidate's offered annual salary will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and the geographical location of the role.
